Our roots are in enterprise commercial leadership. We built and ran international sales operations across 15+ countries in Latin America, carrying a $45M+ regional P&L and driving an average of 46% annual revenue growth — exceeding targets every year. That work taught us how to build partnerships, open new markets, and create durable growth inside complex, heavily regulated environments.
From there, our work moved into global technology services, directing commercial strategy for Fortune 500 financial services clients. We managed a $140M+ multi-country contract portfolio, achieved 3x quota attainment, and led initiatives that cut deal cycle time by 35% and eliminated 800+ annual labor hours through process automation. That's where we learned what enterprise-grade operations actually look like — and how to build the systems that make them run.
Most recently, we built a revenue operations function from scratch at the executive level for a cross-border payments platform — scaling it from under $1M to $5M in revenue and over $1B in gross transaction volume across 12+ markets in the Americas, and structuring 20+ institutional partnerships with banks, exchanges, and government-linked entities along the way.
