My journey into business strategy started at Mayo Clinic, where I spent 7 years as International Sales Manager leading the expansion of clinical laboratory services across 15+ countries in Latin America. I managed a $45M+ regional P&L and drove an average of 46% annual revenue growth — exceeding targets every single year. That experience taught me how to build partnerships, open new markets, and create sustainable growth in complex, regulated environments.

From there, I joined Kyndryl (formerly IBM's Global Technology Services), where I directed commercial strategy for Fortune 500 financial services clients. I managed a $140M+ multi-country contract portfolio, achieved 3x quota attainment, and led initiatives that reduced deal cycle time by 35% and eliminated 800+ annual labor hours through process automation. I learned what enterprise-grade operations look like — and how to build the systems that make them work.

Most recently, as Chief Revenue Officer at EFY Finance, I built the revenue operations function from scratch for a cross-border payments platform, scaling the business from under $1M to $5M in revenue and over $1B in gross transaction volume across 12+ markets in the Americas. I structured and negotiated 20+ institutional partnerships with banks, exchanges, and government-linked entities.

Through all of this, I kept coming back to the same realization: the strategies, systems, and frameworks that drive growth at Fortune 500 companies are exactly what small and mid-sized businesses need. They just don't have access to them. That's why I built Blankets Consulting Group.
